Covenant of Nations-Matriarchs Wisdom Gathering

Hosted at Soul of the Mother Lodge, Six Nations Grand River Territory, Canada, the Matriarchs Wisdom Gathering took place from September 10-12, 2026. The gathering included women spiritual leaders and Matriarchs, Elders, Knowledge Carriers, Historians, and Fatih Keepers from the Anishnaabek Nation, Wabanaki Confederacy and Haundenosaunee Confederacy both in Canada and the US.

The Gathering was three days of ceremonies and teachings across cultures, visiting and laughter that provided a deep and rich learning opportunity to engage in healing, and bonding in the spirit of peace. Within a few days of returning home, many wrote back to share that the gathering had a profound effect on their spiritual well-being.

“Woliwon for inviting me to this gathering of Matriarchs. It was very nourishing and very inspiring to see so many strong women there gathering. I enjoyed every moment of it and will always cherish all the teachings there were shared. I am grateful to have been there with all of you and all the knowledge keepers. My spirit needed this and absorbed all the positive energies and teachings that were shared. Thank you for organizing such an important event.
